Price: €143,000 per annum on the total area leased including the proportionate share of the
common areas
Management Fee: €9,500 per annum calculated on the total area leased and the proportionate share of the
common areas of the building towards the:
• The painting of the Block façade at least once every five (5) years
• Insurance costs relative to the entire Block
• Stand-by generator.
• Lift upkeep and maintenance
• External lighting
• Roof maintenance
• Maintenance of the Block’s façade
• Lightning protection
• Fire alarm system
• Maintenance of CCTV cameras installed in the garage complex and façade.
• Cleaning of the Block Common Parts
Payment terms: Quarterly in advance
Caution money: Equivalent to three months’ rent
